About Us

We are students from baking&culinary science and we are doing on a Project regarding Hygiene.
We will explain the rationale of good and bad Personal hygiene and provide relevant informations
on practices to ensure an appropriate degree of personal cleanliness.

Clothing

What workers should wear...
  1. light colored, durable, washable, clean clothes without external pockets
  2. appropriate for work
  3. completely covered ordinary clothing
  4. should not be removed upon food handling
  5. clean boots for wet areas
  6. anti-slip shoes 

While handling food....
  1. aprons should be worn, disposable apron may be worn too
  2. disposable gloves
  3. hands must be thoroughly washed before putting on gloves
  4. while outside food premises, apron should be taken out
  5. if disposable gloves or apron is worn, it is best to change every few hours
