Types of cleaning agent that can be used
For toilet cleaning, the detergent should have anti-bacterial effect, able to remove stains and dirt.
For floor cleaning of shops, detergent should have anti-bacterial effect, highly effective in grease, stains and dirt
As our establishment is unable to afford expensive cleaning agent, cheaper ones are to be used instead.
JOEY: You can perharps comment on what type of cleaning method should the cleaners use to wash the floors on the topic of how..
ReplyDeleteDaniel: there is no prove to that cheap cleaning agent will not clean as well as expensive cleaning agent. The best way would be to do some "homework" to understand the characteristic of different brand of cleaning agent.
ReplyDeleteJia Min:you can include the correct methods of cleaning the equipments/places with the different tools and cleaning agent. As daniel said, not all expensive cleaning agent proves to be better than the cheaper ones. all cleaning agents have their own uses.
ReplyDeleteKimberley: This cleaning schedule is a bit vague, I think it would be easier on the eyes if you were to put it in table form, that way it would be easier for the people working in the establisment to refer to it.
ReplyDeleteYongchieh, You can elaborate more about the type of detergent used for example, neutral detergent are used for mainly dish washing whereas degreaser are used for removing grease. Apart from that, more can be added to the cleaning schedule for example like, where should you be cleaning, the toilet, the floor, the tables...etc
ReplyDeleteShimin: you mentioned that we should clean at night where there is lesser customer. I think it is not quite possible because usually there would be more customers at night than in the day. those who worked at F&B before would know about it. you can write it is to be cleaned after operation hours.
